ACFE Wellington event: Fraud and Corruption - statistics and definitions

PRESENTATION:

ACFE NZ Wellington branch invites you to a presentation to discuss,  Is Corruption on the increase in New Zealand? – Business perceptions say so.
Julie Haggie will look at the statistics, definitions and types of corruption that get to court.
Join us to see how NZ has faired in Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), what are the emerging risks that threaten NZ's reputation of being one of the least corrupt nations globally, and how it might impact the work CFE's undertake.

SPEAKER BIO:

Julie Haggie is Executive Director of Transparency International NZ a global civil society movement.   Her career has involved working in professional membership, regulatory or NGOs:  advocating, negotiating, overseeing research and facilitating education.
