He helped establish and lead the innovation capability at the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand and was Head of Digital Assets at the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font face="Lato" style=""&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;Prior to his strategy implementation training at the Wharton business school of the University of Pennsylvania, Binu gained an MBA and qualified as an engineer. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Glenn Cooper&lt;/strong&gt; is a Christchurch barrister sole who previously spent 11 years with Cavell Leitch. Glenn will provide an overview of recent updates to the New Zealand High Court Rules, outlining key changes and their practical implications for legal practitioners, investigators, expert witnesses, and others involved in litigation matters.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;G&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;raeme McGlinn&lt;/strong&gt; is the President of the ACFE Christchurch Chapter and operates his own forensic accounting practice, McGlinn Consulting. Graeme will discuss the implications of these changes for expert reports, including why adherence to APES 215: Forensic Accounting Services is critical in producing independent, robust, and defensible expert evidence. He will also share practical insights into evolving court expectations and common reporting pitfalls.&lt;/p&gt;
